Lots of hotels to choose from but the thing I don’t love is the fact that they send emails with a code that you can use for a discount but there’s no place to add the discount on your way to the checkout. Seems disingenuous.

September 19, 2018The app and website are good. But what really annoys me, is that I always seem to get “offers” just after I book. The “mates rates” are on hotels I wouldn’t normally use. So the marketing is annoying rather than incentivising. I would suggest a loyalty scheme of points accumulation that could be converted into $$ discounts off ANY booking would be a much better idea.
