options to chose and ease of cancellation

Easy and straightforward

used wotif for supposed discount deal could have saved by booking direct with accomadation provider

Very simple to search and use. Can get a little confusing with accommodation ratings and self rated accommodation.

My experience was good so far. However, I was concerned re the lack of information of the cancellation date. I still am unsure how to do and would have liked a telephone number to talk re this. Have checked with hotel direct and all seems to been in order. Fingers crossed

Knowingly that the purchase I made is non refundable
But since my planed changed just the next day,ur WOtif guy try help to see if they try cancel n refund, or change date, we got change of date.ty very much for trying , n better outcome either way
