Reasonably easy to make a booking and was cheaper than going through the hotel direct

Made booking for us efficiently and all we had to do then was arrive and pay. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Slept well. Was given recommendation for evening meal and helped with additional facilities on our arrival

I was annoyed to find Crest apartments charged in american dollars so I cancelled that booking and booked at woodruffe.they shpuld do the conversion and charge in au dollars
