Use again but must be able to see and be able to choose better quality rooms – it’s not all about price

Easy to find a hotel, the information provided in the listing have a good description. The booking and payment only took a few minutes. There was the option to pay at booking or to pay at hotel. The receipt was available immediately.

All very straight forward and easy.

I noticed when I booked my apartment, all the policies were not provided before I booked it. I was notified after my booking that there were extra cleaning cleaning charges and you had to pay a deposit. I was not happy when I received an email with the full policies and conditions.
