Plenty of options and ability to cancel without penalty/payment if circumstances change. I recently provided feedback to several booking companies regarding an absolute pigsty that is still listed on your books. I refer to the Redan Apartments in St Kilda (Melbourne Australia) which is an absolute disgrace, falsely advertised and a drug addicts haven. Please read the feedback comments on your own site.I have also previously asked booking sites to have a separate section for backpacker and hostel accommodation.
