easy to use service

i was a little disappointed at the wait for checking

because the poor girl was on her own and other staff walked by and didn’t acknowledge any one

Previously you had the option of seeing the rates by day. While I have chosen dates I like the option to be flexible if it means I’ll get the room I want.

Nothing wrong with my experience on the website but I did go there to find a ‘mystery’ booking and was disappointed to find that feature was not offered any more
