There is 2 Hotel Grand Chancellor’s in Adelaide and the confirmation doesn’t say which one

A good website, but would like to have the option to see the range of accommodation availability in the spreadsheet (tabulated) format, like Wotif used to be, to allow journey planning based on availability. The old Wotif had this option, which advantageously set it above its lesser (less organized) competitors.

It’s very easy and simple to booking online with wotif travel.

Excellent service, friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. Couldn’t find a plug for the sink or basin, and the wall mounted temperature control didn’t appear to work. Location was excellent for the sport precinct and the price was right.

Really good. Made a booking on the fly while in transit. Even when we made an error and booked accommodation for the wrong date (automatically presented to us, why we haven’t rated excellent) it was easy to arrange cancellation and make another booking (once we got off the road to avoid travelling through internet blackspots lol)

The process was quite simple and the choices of accomodation were a good spread, but the booking confirmation notification was not immediate and it left me wondering if my booking was successful.
