Staff was very friendly and lovely to deal with. Location was convenient and the Korean/Japanese restaurant at the front with guest access was excellent. Easy to locate and with good parking available. Room was tidy and clean and price was good.

They refunded my money,and gave me a $100 Voucher dor my next booking,which will be a nice bump on my Chicago visit,all good in the end.
