Good enough

Never used before so for the first time I found that I would use it again if the need arises when looking for accommodation. I did find that getting a print of the itinerary was somewhat hard, as when I clicked on see my itinerary it took me to places to see around the area.

Great range of properties and prices in all locations. Some property details need to be updated as well as the photos, however majority of properties are as described. Great options with packages and deals. Great customer service team who always try their best to give the best outcome in changing dates or cancelling bookings.

Wotif have been efficient. However, whilst we have received booking confirmation and on-line tickets from Jetstar, we have heard nothing from Virgin – Flight 27/9/22, Confirmation WEAPJQ (Virgin), Booking ID 6L66T6.
Should we receive on-line tickets from them?
