The booking was really smooth and easy. The only issue is that I thought I had paid through wotif with my credit card but I was told when I arrived at my booking I still had to pay. That was a bit confusing

navigating is simple and nicely laid out.

getting business class fares is difficulyt – so we use another site for that.

I’ve never had issues with Wotif before, however this time the payment got rejected, the hotel said it was due to an international CCV. When I booked using another site it worked fine. The hotel said it was a Wotif issue… i’m not too sure who’s fault it is, but like i said, it worked fine when I booked through a different website.

Response was fast and straightforward.
But the Tourist Park facilities were not properly summarised. It appears as “Pet Friendly”, which is what I booked, but on arrival was told that the fine print on the Park website only allows service dogs and dogs in self contained caravans.
