Easy to book & fast response

Easy to follow. Everything fell into place. Would recommend to others?

Simple to use and met my needs. One concern with the site and similar ones is with searching for Pet Friendly accommodation… the search comes up with a list of supposedly pet friendly motels, but I am not sure all are (having checked with a few). I’m not sure if it always means the same… some mean they have some pet friendly rooms and others may mean the pets are allowed if kept outside/sleeping in a car. With the listed motels for Pet friendly it would help if each one made it clear if they are and to what extent pets are welcome in their listing of such things as air con/toaster/microwave. I was reluctant to book certain motels listed as pet friendly because I felt unsure and didn’t want to turn up and be turned away.

It is easy to navigate way round and there is prompt response from the service with details of bookings.

Presented a good selection of accommodation from which it was easy to select the most suitable to our needs

Easy to view accommodation and to book.

Easy to search and book however prices still pretty much same as every other site!

System easy to use, clear instructions

Comfortable accommodation in basic property. I chose this place because breakfast was included, but the offer was underwhelming and consisted of sliced white bread in a ziplock bag.
