Easy , fast and efficient

Very easy website to use.

I didn’t realise until after I processed the booking that my coupon code was only acceptable via ‘Pay Now’. This is not an issue this time but perhaps this could be added to the email being sent out with the code so people know in advance. I had to scroll down on my mobile on the website page to find out this information.

Very easy to book online, straight forward and quickly processed!

The website was really simple to navigate and book with ease. I was a little annoyed that when i went straight to wotif I got a price, but when i went through hotels combined and chose the wotif price, it was significantly less.

I made a hotel booking for the wrong date, the automated service said the money was nonrefundable which i knew was wrong as i had read both parties policies and neither charge for cancellations, i then rang the change booking line and got to speak to a person and she was very helpful and fixed everything, not sure what was going on with the automated cancellation line.
