Booking went well but I didn’t receive and email confirmation – for the first time ever

When booking our room, we booked for two people with breakfast included. When my Itinerary was sent yesterday, i noticed that breakfast was for one only. Can this be amended, as be booked for two and at no time did we see that this was for one person only. Can you please contact me to discuss or send through new details
