Actually found the property on Trivago and was then directed to Wotif which I have used many times previously. The property was well know to me having used it previously. Booking process was seamless. Like the new SMS confirmation and no paperwork

Access and ease of booking were very good even for an old person like myself.
Confirmations of bookings and itinerary document were quickly sent by email.
The only quibble was that an booking room option was not available on Wotif’s site for the hotel I wanted to stay at in Singapore. Had to ring the hotel to achieve an upgrade.

Yes, I would use them again because they had good offers on the hotels and their site was easy to use. The reviews they posted were substantial which always helps when looking for something in a strange place where anything could go.
