I would use you again as easy to use but would like parking fees to be included. Some hotels parking is free and some charged $25. I need to know this information before making a booking

March 31, 2018This was the first time in using Wotif for a long time. I had no idea that things had changed so I have been wondering where my email for our booking was. Now that I know of the changes, I have been able to email a copy of the itinerary to myself. Maybe a little notice to customers that the feature has changed would have helped and saved some anxious times. It is good to not have it sent automatically, however, I am sure your system can tell when the last time someone had used the service was so you could do a pop up screen to say what the changes are. It’s all about customer service and not assuming they know everything. If this was my first time using it, I wouldn’t use it again as I would have thought it didn’t work.
March 31, 2018I always received good rate, I had issue with my booking. I booked round trip but I only received confirmation for one trip. Customer service team were helpfully unfortunately they couldn’t help.

March 30, 2018It was good however when I’m travelling somewhere I havent been before it would be helpful to suggest certain things ie: I am going to Thailand and needed a flight to Phuket and it would have been good to have a suggestion about going to an island and do i need a flight and have some suggestions for them.
