Online booking process worked well.

Good choice of accomadation and easy to book.

Cheaper prices were good. Easy enough to book. A bit hesitant when booking so phoned the hotel directly to make sure we were getting what we were paying for.

The booking process was easy. And when the price changed between clicking book and confirm it didn’t just automatically make the booking at the higher price, but gave me the opportunity to change my mind. Luckily the price dropped again.

yes very reliable and secure. But would like to know about transfers. I always
need to get from sydney airport to port when cruising, but have not been able to

Very good dealing over the phone. The web interface was a bit cumbersome

ok service but a better prinatable pdf confirmation system would be better

All went well until it was suggested that I sign into my account. I had forgotten my password and went through the process of getting another but this was not successful. Consequently I have not used my account for this booking.

Great cozy room would stay again
