Efficient site

Accurate, easy to follow.

However we did not receive email confirmation nor a receipt for our booking as yet.

It was super easy to book, despite it being quite last minute.
Check in was seamless and a real great experience overall.

Yes I would use wotif again, very good service. I have used the wotif site several times. I really liked the last deals in sydney. I had a top floor apartment at the Hyde Park plaza for $150 including parking, greatest deal and hotel.
I booked the room I stayed in recently in under 5 minutes.

The whole process was simple enough however my email said I was entitled to an 8% discount on my purchase
All I had to do was enter the code given in the email
There was no provision in the booking process for me to enter the code so I didn’t receive the discount that was offered.

The booking process was quick and easy to progress. They advertise “no booking or cancellation fees” BUT there is no mention of the 3% credit card fee –
very deceptive

The information provided was very explicit which made my choice quick and easy.
