I generally use Wotif to book accommodation. Wotif is easy to use and gives a good choice of aoptions.

Informative, efficient, good range of choices.
But …….at the payment stage, it wasn’t clear to me that the payment had actually been completed. This could be clearer if a final confirming message came on screen – to say that payment has been successful.

because it gave me the option to pay online or at the property.

I would absolutely recommend using the Wotif app. Ease of use and navigation throughout and plan and simple booking. I wasn’t redirected to other sites over and over again just to make a booking. Straight forward easy to understand as it’s all laid out on a plate for you. I will continue to keep using the Wotif app for all my future travel needs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean

Pretty happy with the service , even though I completely messed up my booking – the only thing is it doesn’t say time frame for refund for cancellation? (I accidentially booked the wrong hotel).
