We stayed at the Avenue motel in Alfredton Ballarat. They looked after us well.

I did have an uncertainty with WOTIF
I asked to be booked in for 2 nights and was asked to give my credit card details which I did’.
However I found that I was booked for one night only.
Then I rang the motel and extended my booking to 2 nights, so far so good.
When I arrived at the motel they said that I had not paid for anything. So paid for 2 nights.
However I thought that having booked with WOTIF I thought my booking included 1 nights accommodation paid for already, or why did I give WOTIF my credit card details.

I hope that I have not paid for one nights accommodation twice!
I shall find out when my credit card account arrives!!

Could you please look into the matter?

작지만 깔끔하고 친절한 직원들 덕분에 기분 좋았다. 다만, 얼음이나 타올등 기타 더 필요한 물품에 대해서는 방에 가져다 주지 않고 프론트에 거서 벋아야 하는 번거로움이 있었다. 그 외 모두 만족스러웠다
