I booked a room at the Meriton apartments in Parramatta for the 27.04.2018.
I checked and doubled checked before booking.
A different room was confirmed with the booking at a completely different hotel.
The room is also non-refundable and there seems to be nothing I can do to change it. Not good.

I reserved a room at Endeavour Court Motor Inn in Dubbo that supposedly had a queen size bed and one single. Upon arrival the motel staff said they didn’t have a room like that and when I checked the motel’s website and booking.com I couldn’t find the room there either. This was obviously an error on the part of Wotif. I can’t afford inconveniences like this so won’t be using wotif.com again. I’ll be going directly to the motel’s website.Wotif should refund my money!

Have not stopped receiving spam email since signing up. I know i may have missed a disclaimer asking if i agree to receiving advertising content through emails but this is truly ridiculous. I’m getting these emails every 5 minutes all day long. I find it a big breach of privacy handing out my private email to these spamming companies.

Web site crashes on Android tablets with both Firefox and Dolphin web browser after credit card details submitted. No Feedback if booking successful. Wrong date inserted at second attempt crash. Very poor.

I attempted to book a return trip from to Brisbane for $161 however when I checked out I had only booked my flight home at $100 so not sure what happened to the flight there. I rang customer service and was told I need to go through the airline as it wasn’t them (even though I booked through the wotif site and was then call dumped to the airline without any further information. I ended up having to pay $100 for the flight there and spent more time booking that I should of so ended up not getting the flights any cheaper and wasting more time than I wanted to with no assistance when I rang customer service

talk with hotels who use your site to access customers about being 100% clear on what they are offering
i looked on your site for a room. at singapore airport. the ‘room’ turned out to be a 3hr access to a pool’spa area.
the web page stated a twin futon, non-smoking room.
it was not a room
this is false advertising and you need to remove this business from your web site as it was misleading and a rip-off who wants pool access when they have a ten hour stop hour when they arrive close to midnight somewhere

Firstly it was because of her accent it was very hard to understand what the operator was saying. Secondly she kept putting me on hold for no apparent reason then coming back to me. If I recall correctly the phone call lasted 25 minutes, it was a long time.

The reason I rang was to change the date on a booking I had made back in October. I was told that I would get a refund in 7-10 days on my original booking. The accommodation I had cost $123.92, The operator told me that it was going to now cost in the range of $160, when I queried the charges being more than what was showing online I was told that she couldn’t help me with a new booking and that I would have to go online and do a booking there.

I proceeded to do this; the cost was going to be in the $140 range. When I had completed the booking at my end the screen said that I had to resubmit the booking. This time I could no longer get a standard room with a king size bed, instead what was on offer was a standard room with two double beds at a cost of 160.50!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I feel that I had no option but to accept this as we are also staying at the Coral Tree Inn in June when they will be minding some of our luggage for us to collect upon our return.

I note that you say Perfect! Anything else? Its far from perfect for me.
