Crap customer service not knowing the product when talking ti Indian call centre.

Impossible to change or amend a booking. Hotels booked have no control over the booking. Have used Wotif many times over the years for our company bookings. This was by far the worst service and unfortunately we will be booking elsewhere from now on

I spent all day on the telephone with your customer service people.
I booked a room in a transit hotel in Singapore. I booked what I thought was one night. paid and then on my receipt was
one night 23 july
then underneath were details of your booking 6 hours from mid night to 6,am.
I telephoned cs . I told the guy that I booked for one night and that if I did not get that I wanted to cancel. Your man (located in India) kept me on the phone and said he was telephoning the hotel. He said that the hotel would not cancel the booking or refund the money. He offered me a wotif voucher for $100.
I told him I wanted the full refund as on your booking website it clearly states FREE Cancellation..
Later I telephoned the hotel direct. they said they did not receive an telephone call from wotif about the matter. the hotel staff told me that wotif takes the customer money first before handing over a portion to the hotel.
I was furious. I telephone again and got the supervisor who kept blocking.
several hour later I telephoned again and got a very pleasant women who after some time said she had sorted out the problem and had put $50 into my account.
I do not know if this isd true or not. In the meantime I have initiated recovery from the band and have begun discussions with lawyers about legal action.

After putting all the details for a return flight from Sydney to Cairns only a one way flight from Cairns to Sydney was booked and confirmed. When i realized and tried to re-book with a customer service person the whole package cost me an extra $150. I was not very happy

Try not hiding things in fine print for a start. Never again will I use wotif or Ridges hotel what a total stuff up thanks for fucking up a good weekend

on arrival no one in attendance, rooms not serviced for 2 days, worst stay I have ever had, had to ring wotif to get into room unable to contact any one else heater in room unable to use no connection to power, no controller for air con. would not recommend this to anyone.

My booking was processed incorrectly, resulting in having to pay cash for my room and now have to go through the process of trying to get a refund.
Very poor.

After searching for accommodation for a certain date, and choosing my hotel, the date field changed to the weekend after, resulting in no accommodation for when I required it and an accommodation booking for the weekend after. The hotel I booked has a no refund policy. Will never use this website again!
