I booked my flights through Wotif as I trusted you as an Australian company. You then authorised KLM airlines to debit from my bank account. Problem is that KLM run a scam where they charge your account twice and when you complain to them they blame your bank and redoposit the money after a week or so. Obviously to gain more interest.

I made a hotel booking on Monday night (which was refundable), I then found the same room $110 cheaper on last minute. I called through to see if wotif could price match and the man that I spoke to said no because it was over 24 hours since I made the booking and I wasn’t logged in as a member when the booking was made which is completely ridiculous, it shouldn’t matter how the booking was made. I then told him that I was going to cancel my booking and book again with last minute, he would rather lose the whole booking than price match the room for me.
Considering I have booked two hotels within the week on wotif I think this was a little unfair. Needless to say I will not be booking through wotif for any further accommodation.

I looked up accommodation for Sydney for the date 23/4/18, check out 24/4/18 via Trivago, they passed me on to Wotif and somewhere in the process I was put down for the 14/5/18. Only realising this when I turned up to check in after 6 hrs of travel.
Date confirmation needs to be highlighted better before payment.

lousey – made booking sunday 22nd april 18 -Cascades motel Dubbo
one night monday 23rd april 18 – arriving at Cascades Motel approx 3.45 pm
Monday 23rd April 18 i was informed that no record of a booking had been received by the motel – ihanded copy of receipt of BOOKING AND WAS INFORMED that Management of CASCADES would folow up with Wotif .

literally showed the most expensive room for advertising purposes. I got the tiny studio with no wifi, a like 15 inch tv. absolutely not as advertised, thought I was getting much better. no im not retarded, I know how to research and what im getting into. pathetic

Never received confirmation of our booking was told unsuccessful try again
The apartment place was showing fully booked so we booked another place.
Then unbeknown to us 5 hrs later received an email from apartment with money taken from my credit card still no correspondence from Wotif
Have phoned Wotif they have eventually found the booking & hang up on after waiting even though they said will ring back- still waiting !
This is very frustrating as we would very much like to solve the problem.
