I have just been informed the room I booked does not allow check-in until 9.30pm. Was not clear at all on the Wotif site. Very ordinary indeed. In fact, probably misleading under Australian consumer law.

Absolutely terrible room!! Door wouldn’t latch and everytime you opened the bathroom door, the front door would open. Had to have the safety latch on to keep the door from being wide open. This also meant that the smoke from the smokers on the balcony was coming into the room… The room internally was what was expected of a 3 star hotel but you can’t expect anything more in Taree…

Booked a hotel which offered a free breakfast but on confirmation it disappeared.This caused tension between hotel reception and i looked like a lair.

I booked 1 night at Palm Cove for the 11/7/2018 for $120.00 , you sent me comfirmation for the 20/6/18 that the room was booked for that day, I rang your number at Wotif to have it corrected I spoke to one of your reps who could hardly understand English to have it changed to the correct date, I then recieved a phone call while I was at work from the proprietor on the 20/6/18 inquiring what time was I arriving that night, I was gob smacked & 3000 klms away, I told him the dates were wrong & I will be there on the11/7/18, he said it will cost you another $40.00 for that night, total cost $160.00 for the night. You brain dead mother fuckers cost me another $40.00 because you can’t get your shit together I will never in a million years recommend you dip shits to anyone, period.This is what happens when you employ people who don’t understand plain fucking English.

Made a reserved booking. Told I would have something in my inbox to confirm. Still waiting a week later?? Am I booked in or not?
