We booked accommodation for Mudgee 26-28 August and a window came up saying we would get 10% discount if we paid immediately. However, at checkout that coupon never came up even though we tried it 3 times. We then call Wotif Customer Support and were told if we would start an account with Wotif we would receive a $50 discount coupon within 24 hours. This happened on Tuesday 14 August at 6.30pm with a man named Dylan who obviously doesn’t exist as this ustomer service rep. gave us a false name and a false promise, therefore we will never use Wotif again. This is really a case for Consumer Affairs as neither the 10% coupon came up at checkout, nor did we ever get the promised $50 coupon.
