Still haven’t received email confirmaiton of my booking even though I have since logged back into to booking and asked for it be re-emailed to me.

I made a booking previous when I checked with venue they had no record … had to book directly with property at higher price … have used wotif numerous times before but will try to avoid it for any future bookings

I don’t know what happened this time, as it has always been very efficient before but know confirmation email of my booking was sent and I had to call and have it resent as I could not find a record of it anywhere. It may have been on the site, but I am not an experienced enough user to go through all the drop down menus to find it.

Terrible. I haven’t received any of the booking notifications for this. YeT ive received this email plus a few adds from WotIf in the meantime. I called the help number and a new booking confirmation was sent, but it didnt arrive. Not in my junk mail either.

Regarding my Wotif booking on 27th August for Royal Park Lodge, Auckland, Wotif failed to e-mail me any confirmation of that booking. On the following day it was therefore necessary for me telephone the Lodge directly for their confirmation, which they duly obliged.
Not pleased………………..!

We were so I upset at the standard of room we booked through you. Can’t understand how it is rated a 4 star hotel.
The room stunk like a Chinese restaurant. We had to was everything when we got home. The bedding was definitely not fresh. The door to the main bedroom only half opened as the bed was in the way. The bathroom was filthy. The corners were unclean and had hairs the boot had dirty finger marks and the bath with shower had an old shower curtain with mound around the tyres.
We weren’t told until it was too late to cancel about having to pay for parking. We when checked in the very rude Asian woman told us they couldn’t gurantee parking!!!! What the hell did we pay for?
We checked out a day early on the 26th and would like a refund of at least one day if not all the fee.

Web site is not set up right to enter arrival and departure dates for motels totally stuffed up my booking and due to the stuff up if cost me an extra $50 for a nights accom will make sure family and friends don’t use Wotif

I need someone to call me as I cant work out how to talk to someone

I need to know how I get proper tax receipts for Whatif and if I cant get them if cant claim expenses booked on What if which would mean I would never use what if again

Not use that motel for guests who are requiring a comfortable stay. Heating was very noisy. Car park entrance was closed Guests should have been directed to other section and asked to upgrade if required facilities were poor and not up to standard
