When we’ve arrived, we’v Been told that there were NO cabins available, although you have advertised for cabins available!!!!!!!!
I want my money back immediately!!!
We couldn’t stay over at all and had to drive another 250 km to have a skeep over!!!!
Sarah Starck from Island Gateway Holiday Park have advised that tou will have to return our money!!!

I was offered a coupon for 72 hour deals so I booked to go to shepparton .And when I checked out I gave them the coupon details but they wouldnt honour it .They knee nothing about it

Firstly, I booked a villa in Bali but for some reason Wotif could not confirm my booking and by the time I finally talked to someone at Wotif (many phone calls and e-mails later) the villa was booked out. Next, I booked another apartment in Bali but forgot to apply the discount code sent to me. I sent an e-mail to Wotif but never received a reply!!
I really hope my apartment is booked and confirmed when I arrive in Bali soon.

The hotel I booked is undergoing renovation and some facilities won’t be available. If I know that at time of booking, I wouldn’t have booked that hotel! I contacted the hotel who advised us hey had told Expedia (who I believe owns Wotif) to advise customers. As my booking is non refundable I am VERY upset!!!!

I do not believe that Wotif have done a survey on this establishment in a good number of years or I am convinced they would not still be offering it. It is extremely run down with broken door locks, tiles missing and does not smell very good.The bed linen appeared clean and there was plenty of hot water. I would not stay here again unless it underwent a major renovation.

Terrible. Price higher than direct with hotel. Never use Wotif again.
