We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and the children weren’t allocated for and now we’ve wasted the accomodation as we can’t fit in.
Will not be using wotif ever again

I got a call from the property owners after I had booked and paid for the holiday house, that my booking couldn’t be honoured as the property was “..taken off” the market, with no other reason. As this happened 2 nights before I was supposed to go there I was left with no holiday home and had to cancel the family trip away for the weekend. Very disappointed. Not using Wotif again. 🙁🙁

The worst experience ever. You don’t make cancellation easy
and the hotel will not cancell without your approval and unlike booking.com which is a great site you don’t help the customer

The hotel information on Wotif was wrong. When I wanted to cancel the booking the means to do so was missing. When I tried inquire about how to fix the problem online I got an automatic response that was wrong. I plan to refer the matter to the state Department of Fair Trading for multiple breaches of consumer law.

4 hour delay We got up . 4 am to find out the flight was delayed till 10 then sat in the plane for another hour.We were not notified via email.The SMS did not come trough till 3 am in the morning. I m a long standing customer and am not very happy with your lack if response.We had to ring virgin and they could not even send us a confirmation email.Not happy at all.

Check the hotel first before allowing customers to purchase.
Worst room we have ever stayed in, worse than a backpackers $25 room.
Upon entering the room my wife slipped on water leaking from the fridge and caught her foot in a rip in the carpet.
Then it got worse.
The manager in reception was one of the rudest people we have ever met, she was awful.
Will attach some of 24 photos of the room which should have been condemned.

I booked through wotif on this occasion only because I had a voucher.
Previously I have found wotifs service to be appalling to non existant when following up on after sales problems. The company supplied me with false information and took my money, acting in violation of Australian law. It was only after wasting 6 hours of my life that I accepted a ridiculously inadaquate voucher. I continue to tell as many people as possible to not use wotif.

The booking screen showed that I could take an extra 12% off with your special email offer, however the full amount (Room price: AU$473.20) was deducted from my credit card.
