the service was good and easy but i replied e-mailed back to wotif and nobody got back to me i paid $410.70 for a 3 night stay in march and when i got the reservation conformation it said total rate 456.33 i don’t know what that amount means i don’t really want to pay extra please get back to me thanks

Muy mal servicio. Reserva hecha despues de medianoche y al llegar al hotel me dicen que no tienen nada en el sistema y que no se puede reservar despues de medianoche.
Wotif no devuelve el dinero y yo no pude tener la habitacion

for a start staff need to know how to handle situations in a timely manner & give out the correct information. It would be nice to deal with someone from Australia not from overseas as they don’t understand what you’re saying & there is a lot of back & forth unnecessarily.
