Booked online. Using mystery coupon. Did not work. Went thru inline chat which wasnt helpful and did not fix

After this went directy to hotels website. The hotel was 200 dollars cheaper for same wotif booking.

I was angry so i cancelled. Will probably never use site as there are so many other options. Felt manipulated by mystery coupon

This is a scam. You are not booking a hotel room, this is a private house in the middle of a housing estate in the middle of nowhere.
We didn’t bother to try to check in, just drove off again and vowed never to use Wotif again.

you did not cancel my accommodation when i asked you to do so and i had to spend 54 minutes on the computer with your virtual agent and a person named Vida i can happily say with confidence i am never going to use this site again.
you have Showen disrespect to me and the owners of the accommodation i apologies to them for having to waste their time chasing me up to see when i was arriving when it should have been canceled.

very disappointed if you’re staff in that and your staff when I requested that I wanted to cancel a booking and that I have to pay a fee to pay as this is not included when you make a booking with you and I will never use you again

For some strange reason an email receipt/ confirmation could NOT be sent to me, on trying by several attempts from your end on that day.. There is nothing wrong with my outlook# email service ???. It was very time consuming. The end result was I did receive a prompt refund a few days later and I was able to secure the booking with debit card details , no money taken out, by the Holiday accommodation.

Change your website so that it shows the current calendar month and I could only get a refund when I actually telephoned my bank your messaging agents fobbed me off
