Hi, your website isn’t clear with all things that are required for renting a car! You do specify items for young families, like child cr seats etc but most people even though your chargers and other rental car companies charge highly for a rental car you need to show it clearly for rental car insurance. The girl I spoke to about this wasn’t sure where to find it on your website and had to seek a couple of times, maybe she was new at the position I understand this, so it is up to the company to show all alternatives including insurance.

Show hidden fees and items not included from airline. I could got the same 2 return flights for $1200 but through you I got charged over $1700. Also I paid for transfer I didn’t need because it was included in hotel package . So I have over paid between $400 and $500 . I’m not happy with this as I’m a single mum . Also although I paid extra to allow change or cancel the airline package you booked is not changeable or refundable .

The website is clunky and confusing and I ended up booking the wrong date as a result. No refund Possible so very annoyed. The drop down links wouldn’t work properly to add details and had to reload several times in the process date changed. The date was also not clear after first page on biijinhZ
