Rubbish and pictures descriptions completely inaccurate place was full of mould

Service was not good as we expected..

There was soap in the toilet., TV remote not working at all. Every bed has one pillow and no extra pillow and blankets..
Parking area just full of rubbish.. no one cleaning for ages…

I paid over $300 for a room with a king bed which was actually just 2 king singles pushed together. This was not ideal because the two beds separated when I was asleep.

Absolutely disgusting how you treated me on the phone disrespect disorder pregnant almost lost my baby cos we used the way you treat me and upsetting me you have no disrespect the people where I was trying to stay would not allowed to stay because they don’t accept our kind I did we have other places to stay but then you would help us out you made us sleep on the street overnight in the cold in the freezing when you took our money and will not replace it I will be seeing you in court

It was terrible due to the fact the website can not give a proper reading I put the 29 for check in and depart on 30th cause I was on phone and it said available I hit the pay button thinking I got my hotel for that night I spent $158 on taxi getting there and o ce I arrived I was told it was booked out and that I was due to check in on the 17th of October ok 3 weeks later it took almost 48 hours for a refund and I spend another $158 return home

I booked a hotel through wotif and went to check in and the hotel was fully booked. Then I was told it was my responsibility to chase up a refund

I turned up to the motel to find that it was fully booked and that I didn’t have a room. So, I had to try to find another place to stay, late that night.

Worst service ever stuck in Perth sleeping in the streets for three nites booked me for October not september then as an extra slap in the face the are going to take 7 days to refund my money hotels are over priced Australians why are we paying anywhere between $900 /$1300 for a standard room even in school holidays with this experience I’ll never traveled agan and at all the hotels hostels didn’t care one little bit about being sent to the streets what a great holiday being Homeless your holiday I’ll never use this site agan call a person don’t trust this site it’s really really bad!!! And trust me other than a fake sorry they don’t care !!!! It really should be a -5 star rating!!!!! Oh and a 7 day refund so be careful.
