Well to have your accommodations cancelled after booking confirmed and the full amount deducted from my creditcard only because you realize you can charge more for the period book is totally dishonest I am disappointed and not sure if I will every use Wotif again

Very bad when I selected the wrong option by mistake I was refused a refund and spent half the night speaking with them and still didn’t receive a refund. I was told they would refer it to there team for a solution. And was sent an update email to say I would be contacted in the following 24 hours about a refund and still have not herd anything.

I booked a hotel room on Friday morning (Sat 8 Oct to Sun 9 Oct) for one night stay. I got a call at night saying the room is already taken. But it was available online and deducted my money right away when I booked it. I haven’t received my money yet. Please improve your online services and transfer my money back.

Total rip off, stupid app made motel bookings for the wrong dates, immediately informed wotif and bookings were cancelled however they charged my credit card almost $285.00 and only refunded a total of $34.08, will never use or recommend this company to anyone.
