I got to the hotel at 2:00pm check in time and could not get me in to my room till 3:30pm.
The front desk told me to go to the bar and they will bring the keys when ready I asked if the drinks where on the house and she started laughing and said YE WRITE.
I asked what’s the problem with the room and she replied we have a weeding tonight ok, I was in shock and did not reply and thought to my self that was really disgusting. I revived my keys when up stairs In a rush to get ready for our function went to get a drink out of the mini bar and the fridge was left open and the beverages where all at room temperature. The worst of all I got back the room to go to bed and as I pulled the sheets over there was a big stain on the sheets ?

i double booked a room within 10 minites of each other when i noticed my mistake i contacted wotif the short was they said they asked the motel and they said they would not refund money that was there policy not happy then i rang the motel they said they did not recieve a email or call from wotif and that would not ever b our policy now one of u r lieing????

Always counting how many nights. Pain in the ass. Should say how many nights during booking, not check in/check out

The pictures advertised on your website were not we were given upon arriving at the hotel. Hotel staff were rude and in fact left our daughter in tears. This was for a 30tg Birthday. They were told there were none of that room left and were put in another room. After seeing the room, they complained, manager was aggressive and rude. They left and went to the Vines Resort Country Club.

By actually calling a client when there’s an issue.
Your system automatically changed dates on a booking due to nothing be available on my selected date. I only noticed after payment and 3 days later , still trying to cancel. Your on line system said hotel won’t issue credit. Must I spoke to them and they will
So … Wotif is hanging onto my money as you haven’t paid hotel.

Honestly don’t ask for feedback before I have even completed the stay. How do I know the hotel has the booking, who do I know I dont have any issues with the booking yet. Seriously it is pointless surveys like this that make people not respond at all.

I was charged $125 for room which the owner sent advice that his charge was $106. That’s over the top and I did send enquiry to Wotif a few days ago but may have been on your no reply site? Tom
