The fact the same hotel came up with 3 different prices on 3 different computers is terrible. For 1 night, the hotel was $209, $249 and $299! When I cleared by search history on other 2 computers they all came down to $209.

It was easy to organise my only concern is that i booked a twin room for 3 adults and when i received the booking confirmation it was a twin room for 2 adults.

I was extremely disappointed with wotif, we booked putting our dates in then when it was all done the dates had changed. we were not able to contact the accomodation as they would not answer their phone, when we contacted wotif we were on hole for over 30 mins and still no help, we will never be using wotif again and am extremely angry we are not able to get a refund, we couldn’t even get the opportunity to change the date, so you have our money for nothing.

When I reached the hotel I was told that my booking was for the previous night and I would have to pay again. I booked through your web site and the person taking the booking has entered the wrong arrival date. Unfortunately I didn’t check what night had been booked before I got to the hotel. The Victoria Hotel receptionist would not discuss my complaint and said I would have to pay the full price for a room. I went to another hotel. If nothing further is done to redress this, I will not use your service again.

Well, I’m pretty sure I booked Direct Pacific Hotels in Mackay from 7th May but can’t see a confirmation. I’m checking direct with the facility.
