I didn’t like the changes. It was easier to use when you could select a localised area and get a result which was easier to compare. I will use booking.com from now on.

I sent two e-mails to your company requesting cancellation of the Grandior Hotel in Prague 10-14/6/18 as we had specifically booked on your “free cancellation up to 9/6/18″policy. Also we had specified we would pay at the Hotel, however on checking our Visa statement we see that we have already been charged and on printing the “confirmation” e-mail it stated this was a no cancellation/no change booking.
We decided to keep the booking, however again requested through your “contact us” on the confirmation site, that I had overbooked the room on 14/6 (suggested a reply no longer than 1 day) and requested a cancellation of this date. So far we have had no response and because of this, I again request a full cancellation of the booking from 10-14/6, our Visa card refunded in full and request an immediate response from you.

My accommodation was not available when we arrived and I have now to try to get a return of the deposit I paid to you. My Res no is 7336229012209 and confirmation number 20180312065005853732, we were left standing in the street and had to seek other place to stay . Check out theKickback Cottages before you use them again but the owner was os and was not to blame for the mess. He is rapidly working hard to re establish this place and the cottages were actually very promising when the rubbish was removed. The manager had absconded.

I put the dates of arrive on 14/3/2018 and leave the accommodation on 15/3/18. These dates were taken off the heart specialist letter which I had in front of me at the time of booking. As soon as I hit the booking button, it came up that I had booked the 18/3/2018 and the 19/3/2018. I rang the 1800796862 support No. straight away and was connected to somebody in the Philippines who rang, I think the motel and came back to me that I had to pay another $28.41 to change the booking. Needless to say not happy and I will not use Wotif’s service again.

The male David on the phone middle Easter, was NO help kept me on hold for ages and this happens twice! I asked him for his full name and managers name and he failed to provide that information. Horrible business and employees.

Extremely unclean room. Broken shower head. Very dirty walls.
Dirty pillow cases.
Very unpleasant stay.
Car is parking unsecure and next to a rubbish dumpster.

I received an email offering 50% off my next booking. I made the booking and received the 10% discount showing on the screen only.

It was terrible three times I tried to check out using Wotif for flights and accommodation and it didn’t process it just came up with couldn’t be processed at this time please try agin, I don’t have time for that! Sort your system out. I booked via qantas website direct and the hotel in the end. Won’t use wotif again. Waste of time
