Booked accom that stated no charge would be made till checking in with free cancellation prior to a certain date… check my bank account the next morning and the full amount has been debited.. So cancelled and refunded the booking.. now have to wait 5-7 days for a refund to be processed…
Total bullshit.. promise one thing and do the opposite..

Only offer hotels to be on the Wotif website if they allow a full refund. By allowing hotels on that don’t offer a refund, you will get customers such as myself that are very unsatisfied. Why do they allow hotels ro be on Wotif, if they dont offer a refund??

Appalling service. Cancellation not processed by wotif website.Unable to reach the destination due to flooding. Hotel would not refund as cosiderered a no-show. Wotif unwilling to take responsibility for system failure. Call centre staff english very poor so long and repetitive conversations resolving nothing. Even manager could not assist.

The accommodation turned out to be an apartment building not a hotel. The manager didn’t know the property is listed on wotif and we were not able to stay and had to book alternative accommodation. Customer service from wotif when we called was dreadful and we have had to lodge a dispute with PayPal for a refund

WOTIF sucks do not use this site to book anything. Booking.com is 100 percent better. WOTIF is a rip off.

Rom was below average. Took photos. Door off hinges between rooms which it being a fire door might be in breach of regulations, toilet door in kids room would not close, bits missing in bathroom, carpet dirty, walls marked, table’s scratched. On check out we though we would order breakfast what disaster it took an hour before we were told the chef had lost order even after we asked what was going on .. they did refund breakfast but tried to charge me for 2 coffees.

I just entered the hotel to find out that my booking is not valid. It turned out that the hotel doesn’t take bookings from Wotif. I had to quickly find another place to stay. Why I shared my card data to Wotif?

We booked accommodation through this site with no problem but once we booked, we received a phone call from the owner straight away saying that we couldn’t have the house as there should have been a minimum night and if we wanted to stay it was an extra almost $2,000.
I feel that the owner should have honoured what we booked!!!
And wotif should get there information right before listing properties!!!

Horrible was late after 14 day at work booked room all seem good turned up no available room apparently then it’s been a.nightmare to get my money when they took it before he said no rooms then said old mate at desk out em on hold he wouldn’t of
