I booked a return flight and only got the out outbound leg. I called and you asked me to sort it out with the airline myself as it would take you a long time to do. Never again!

Incorrectly booked for April instead of March. Tried to change date bit system kept putting 18 instead of 21 in the check-in date. To overcome my problem I cancelled the booking and booked directly with the hotel. At this stage no sign of my card being refunded.

I thought I was reserving my booking while I thought about what I wanted to do. turns out I have booked it and it is not refundable. You should not use the word reserve when you mean book.

The booked accommodation was being refurbished as was not available. Stuck at Sydney airport for hours trying to find alternate accommodation. Spent too long on the phone trying to sort this with Wotif, on hold 3 times fior too long. In the end had to book my own accommodation at a much higher price.

If u had negative stars I would of given u -100.
U took my money for a room that was listed on ur site and after I paid for it I recieved a phone call telling me there is no room available.

Then I saw told to seek a refund which I now have to wait 7days to recieve.
That’s pathetic.
I will be telling everyone about this and u will never recieve my business again

I go to great lengths to avoid using agencies such as yours cos of theses endless f…ing surveys.
sum incompetent nitwit who has been promoted to a level above his iq in your organisation needs to be told.if your best idea is to build your business on the crap people tell you (even the sincere ones) then get another job. name a stand out company built on surveys.
these same people are also meeting junkies. it saves them talking to the real world and answer awkward questions such as “what are you doing “

I have still not received confirmation email from a booking I made more than 2 days ago! I sent an email yesterday to ask and received a reply email saying that the confirmation email was now sent.. but I have not received it

Unhelpful, ruined my wife’s and my evening to celebrate a recent pregnancy, I will never use or recommend.
