Very bad. I needed to cancel my booking at short notice. Your site said I could do so up to 6pm on the day I booked for a full refund. When I tried to do this your site would only let me change the booking but not cancel it. I tried several times to no avail. I tried contacting you through your virtual booking agent but received no response. As I was travelling at short notice because of a family crisis I had abandon my efforts to cancel the booking. I am not pleased and unless someone contacts me and gives me some satisfaction I will not be using Wotif again.

Booked a flight and then tried to cancel it because tge flight I booked didn’t suit my timetable. From then on it was frustrating to cancel a flight, it didn’t happen and I got stuffed around for 2 days only to be very disappointed. The staff were deceiving and lied to me. I have proof in conversations I had with them. I’ll never use Wotif agsin

Website said link to app for 10% first purchase then didn’t apply it then wasted 1 hour on your auto phone service that didn’t recognise my booking number

We felt the rental company was shonky. They asked for licence details for all 3 people staying! They never sign a name to their documents. The unit was old tired and not maintained. Mould in bathroom, shower tap fell off in your hand. Sofa was so filthy we had to put a sheet over it to sit on. No fly screens or air con. Television reception shocking. Holes in kitchen laminate. Tired dirty carpet. On second floor – no lift – 36 stairs to access. Oh and the girl who delivers keys also takes a photo of your licence! Wouldn’t delete from her phone! Who knows she could be selling our private info.

the experience was ordinary. The room with a double and single had no room for 3 suitcases. The air con blew straight onto our faces during the night- had to have it on as the room was hot and stuffy. Shower space was tiny. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I booked the wrong date, mostly my fault. After receiving the confirmation email I realised the error and could not correct the date. Neither through your live chat or the hotel.
I had to book a second (correct) date with the original date not being able to be used.
The error occurred when I left the Wotif site to check something else and when I returned the date had defaulted to the incorrect date.

I have been charged and don’t know how and i have no details in my email of booking and what it is for. I will not use Wotif ever again.
