I lost my wife this year in August, I advised Wotif to reschedule trip for next year but was forced to use my coupon at the end of this year. Wotif is not very sympathetic and didn’t care. I have lost confidence in Wotif.

Misleading advertisement. Advertised the room deliberately misleading. The resort I stayed at agreed with me and said I should request some sort of compensation from wotif however once I contacted qotif the representative refused to be of any assistance.
I will never use this company again and will ensure everyone I know does not use them either.

Still awaiting refund from whotif. Motel is happy to refund whotif is problem.

I have my confirmation email from Wotif and they have taken my money.
I rang hotel to book parking, they have no record of my booking – and they are now fully booked.
i work in the Medical sector my trainer contracted covid so i had to cut my stay short and needed to cancel my last three nights the hotel said they will not refund i cand understand charging one more night but not three very rude
