I booked flight to seoul from nelson.
I was told that my flight bern cancelled and I will get refund then I can book another flight.
I didnt know the process takes 10days.
I found out after chatting with one of your staff. The person said you guys already refunded, thw bank takes time to get my money back.
I undetstand what the person was trying to say.
But since you knew that it can take like that long you could have mentioned to me.
Or could suggest me to book another flight through your company.
cuz I cannot book another flight without the money back.
I am not travelling for fun. I visiting my unwell father. so I was so disappointed.

The accommodation screen defaults to the *next* month rather than todays date. WHY!!!!
This invites errors
I booked a hotel on the condition of Free cancellation until my check in.
However, they charged me strait after.
Really disappointed. I do not recommend using WOTIF
December 14, 2022I’m giving 1 star to highlight how poor I’ve found the post booking support.
We changed our travel plans and I completely forgot about the hotel.
So I’ve just remembered and do you think I could find any of the booking details in any emails that you sent.
No. The only email pertaining to the booking was the survey request.
Do you know how much spam you send every day? After going through all that using key works like booking or confirmation I tried to log into the App. My regular email didn’t work (gmail) so I tried resetting passwords etc. Nope.
Then I thought maybe I used Facebook to log in. Something I would never do, but did in this case.
So I eventually found my booking and thank the gods I canceled in time.
But not through any help from Wotif.
What about a follow up email reminding me about the booking and also the option to cancel by a certain date to avoid the fee.
Oh, actually that would be quite difficult, as you spam my inbox daily.
Hope that rant made sense.

If a customer rings up within seconds of booking… give them a chance, you are the worst company i’ve known, will never use again.
even commonwealth bank said you have a bad reputation.

Not recommended opal motel on your site, my key was left in room with a note with my name on reception door (that in itself is a breach of privacy). I then entered the room with my aunty and there was mould inside fridge seal, filthy marks on kettle, toaster and microwave and the room smelt dirty…..
I left the key, couldn’t speak to anyone as reception was not on site for 2 day’s according to note left on reception door. We didn’t stay there due to all these reasons, we rang Coal Creek motel and stayed there, they were mortified to hear our experience, made us feel welcome, their rooms were clean and comfortable and they themselves were so polite and friendly. PLEASE DO NOT recommend opal motel as it is a dump and that’s being polite! Ideally I’d like my money back as I then paid another $140 for coal Creek which was great value for everything they offered.

Refund policy needs to be more clear apon booking and cancelling. They also have to look into the motels they’re are booking out to their customers!
December 11, 2022We stayed here for about 12 hours to sleep on our way to qld. We left in the middle of the night. I received a phone call accusing us of stealing pillows a blanket and the information folder. They then stole $20. They returned the money when I contacted the police. Why they would think someone would steal their stained bedding. I’m in Queensland what use would I have with tourist information for 500 km away.
