SUCKS!!! I need to cancel by 26th as YOU said but no one is responding!
I called Hotel Direct & they won’t canel!!
I can no longer go due to Accident & personal issues & NOONE WILL HELP!! I rang them as a coutesy call & They hung up on me!!! So.. If I have to pay!! You owe ME!!

Wotif cannot help me to resolve the problem therefore I lost $700. I booked hotel on 30/12/2022 but I chose wrong month which is 30/1/2023. I want to cancel after I called hotel but Wotif cannot help me. Only few minutes I lost $700 for that hotel which I do not stay. That is rip-off

We selected “pay at property” on website but the website charged us 100% on our credit card on the spot, not happy! Payment charged not as described.

The booking “didn’t go through” apparently because I tried to use PayPal, but that was a payment option offered at checkout. So i tried to rebook but the 20% off coupon wouldn’t work because “it had already been used”
I chatted with customer service lady Yvonne and she couldn’t help me. It was ridiculous
