The service and experience was terrible. I have used wotif for 15 years. The hotel was going to turn us away (when had paid) as wotif hadn’t sent the confirmation to the Novotel. My son was in tears. I tried to call wotif customer number and was hung up on 4 times (call back later) when we got through on a different number the hotel manager advised wotif had taken my payment without even confirming that the hotel had a room confirmed. This is in contravention of consumer laws and made for a very stressful experience for my kids and I. The customer service did not cut it. I will be escalating the matter as it ruined my last holiday treat for my kids
