I paid full price for a booking I made on Sunday for it to be cancelled an hour later by the host. This is not an issue however I still have not received my refund, Wotif stating that it will take 5-7 days. This is unacceptable to me as now I am missing that money and cannot rebook until I receive the money back.

The staff were really rude. We did not have enough beds, towels etc. and they complained because we requested some. The room was very dirty and the hotel is really run down and unkept.

I made I booking and didn’t realise it jumped a month forward.

I selected book now, pay later which stated that I would be able to pay the full amount upon check in. and was then contacted by the hotel a few days later asking for the first nights payment as that is their policy. I specifically booked with the advice that it was pay later and apparently that was not the case, Wotif have declined any responsibility because they’re just the on-seller. Why even bother having this payment option listed on your website if it is not applicable? Very frustrating to prepare for one thing and then unexpectedly have to pay 4 days early otherwise the hotel was threatening to cancel the booking.

Made a booking the day before I needed it, got to where I was supposed to be staying, they had no record of my booking. Had to pay up front again to be able to stay, tried to get a refund from here and after a half dozen attempts gave up through frustration. Won’t be using again ever

Keep the DATES available very clearly if it’s going to be last minute i.e., if needing a room that day/night don’t say it’s available on the website for the month of October when we’re booking for September

Yes…I did book accommodation butI got no comfirmation email.I had to book another hotel cause the metel didnt have my booking..
So theres $170 down the drain.
That why u guys desuerve 1 star maybe no star
I also thried numerous times on friday to call to sort out but no luck….Couldnt get though

Thats for nothing You guys wtecked my weekend and cost me $289 plus the $170

It was easy to book, but 12 hours later I get an email to say that room isn’t available. I then contact the caravan park and inform them. The manager had to spend 1 hour on the phone to fix the problem. They informed me that the room wotif sold me hasn’t been available for a month.
I will be informing all my friends of my negative experience.

Excellent and understanding
