You have a system problem. I tried to reset my password and 3 days later I still don’t have the link to do so. I also didn’t receive my booking confirmation automatically as usual. I had to ring your help desk and had them send it out and had to use a different email address to receive this, and no there is no problem with my email as I am receiving all other emails. And no it isn’t in spam.
Your help line staff member however wasn’t excellent and a credit to your team.
