You have a system problem. I tried to reset my password and 3 days later I still don’t have the link to do so. I also didn’t receive my booking confirmation automatically as usual. I had to ring your help desk and had them send it out and had to use a different email address to receive this, and no there is no problem with my email as I am receiving all other emails. And no it isn’t in spam.
Your help line staff member however wasn’t excellent and a credit to your team.

After booking my accommodation I checked my itinerary to find out i had been charged a higher price than was advertised, I rang your customer service team to be told that the price must of changed as I clicked to book. Even though I had been looking at accommodation for the past 2 days and the price didn’t change over 2 days but supposedly did just as I was booking. Won’t be using wotif ever again.

You advised I would receive an 8% discount using a discount code however upon checkout there is no where to enter the discount code. I was advised the accommodation would cost $735 and would be charged when I arrive. I have been charged already an amount of $746.03 – was not aware of any extra fees I may incur.

Yes i can be went on line booked accomidation in melbourne and Brisbane, first booking was ok got SMS and a confirmation , the second one never got confirmation or any email for Brisbane so had to assume never got done at all. tthen booked another accomiadtion due to no confirmation at all then found out been charged twice for accomiidation in Brisbane had two hotels booked and paid for on same days. Rrang hot line had to ring three times got hung up on then had to explain same issue three times got hung up on again then still to this day have got no confirmation at all on accoumidation in Brisbane but have verbal confirmation and all agreed this would be done still nothing ?? On phone yesterday said would fix this straight away and got nothing. Then got phone message back on mobile that Wot if will do a refund and would get confirmation of accomidation and refund yet still nothing at all back from Wot if at all . Lost of promises to deliver and get nothing will never book again with Wotif for any travel or accomodation again

Wotif is stealing from the Australian tax payer by not paying GST for services they are reaping in Australia. PAY YOUR TAX and give me a Tax Invoice to prove it!

When I asked for my Tax invoice I was told that WotIf being a foreign company, didn’t pay GST. This is a tax dodge! If you are providing a service in Australia to Australians, you should be liable to collect the tax associated with the purchase and return it to the Australian people.

I booked a hotel in Melbourne and saw a booking promotion code HOTEL10 for a 10% discount. There was NO obvious place to enter this code and I MISSED OUT on the 10% offer. I am so upset about this and the multiple idiotic responses to my inquiry that I get from some help desk in India where the person cannot even understand English grammar, I refuse to use Wotif ever again. That is the last thing I have to say to you and I will be recommending other sites to my friends.

The reservation wasn’t there when I got there I was spoken to so rudely
