I am having trouble transfering my hotel booking from one Isis hotel to another. I have been passed back and forth, still don’t have any confirmation. I booked the Airport Isis instead of the Port [for cruise] Isis. I have paid $322 for one nigth before cruise and one night after. As this isn’t until next March, why so much confusion????

Misleading reservation policy.
Hotel management was rude, disingenuous and down right arrogant.
Will never stay there again or use this service if it continues to mislead its customer base. Shameful.

Rating for the accommodation that I booked did not reflect the true condition of the room. I found cockroaches all through the kitchen draws and ultimately left when I started to notice them on the couch and carpet.

No confirming email as to the address and cost of the hotel.
The hotel did not have our booking when we arrived more than 24 hour later and the hotel initially turned us away hosing down with rain and a tight accommodation market. This might not be your fault entirely. Anyway I’m blaming you

Booking system was fine but there were lots of hidden booking fees that weren’t anywhere until after I’d paid for my tickets…not a happy customer.

I did not find out that I had to pay for an extra person until after I had booked the room.
Before I booked the offer was for 2 adults and 1 child. After I booked the child was not included.
Completely deceptive.

Poor quality accommodation (a homestay rather than a hotel or even hostel) advertised alongside registered hotels and more reputable accommodation. Photos gave a false impression of the standard. Accommodation had a broken bed (mattress poking thru rungs, rungs falling off) and pillows as flat as coins, filthy showers, and no blankets in the room (freezing over night- a sign said you have to request blankets but who requests them in the middle of the night? The bed collapsed as soon as we sat on it and the mattress was rock hard ( I am requiring chiropractic work after this night). Other guests were friendly, and homestay was explained after arrival. Also explained was the number of junkies on the street outside. This accommodation was falsely advertised.

Accommodation rang two days after booking to say room had been double booked.
They did offer a cheaper room without ensuite however this was not suitable for us.

This booking (Itinerary number : 1292134933224) was done as a mistake. I was looking for a hotel for the next weekend (22-23 Sep) and the current date got selected by default and I wasn’t aware on it. I called the support hot line 30 mins after the booking to get it cancelled. The operator name was Balaji. He said he needs to confirm it with the hotel which he couldn’t contact at that time.

1. I clearly mentioned to him that this was a mistake and he shouldn’t had to contact the hotel to cancel the booking.
2. He told me he can’ cancel the booking since it was a non-refundable booking. If it was a refundable booking why do I need to contact the support desk to cancel the booking.
3. As I understand Wotif must be spending millions of dollars to run this service desk and the purpose of the support desk is to facilitate with the admin tasks where normal user are not capable of doing. What’s the point of maintaining a support desk if the system already have the features to do it.
4. Wotif didn’t even gave me a call on the next day to follow up. So disappointing customer service.

I’ve done another booking via wotif for the weekend that I need. (Itinerary # 7380253443236) I hope this will give you proof that the above was a genuine mistake.

Please train your staff to accommodate the human errors. He should’ve at least directed me to a manager if he doesn’t have the authority to cancel the booking.

Wotif advertised the room as “Reserve”. Within minutes of doing this the hotel was attempting to bill me. I specifically picked the hotel as i could reserve. My experience with this, the rate is taken when I arrive at the hotel. I had to cancel as funds not available on the day of the booking.
I won’t use Wotif again as it seems there is no communication between Wotif and the hotel on the booking type being offered.
