I have used Wotif for a few years and like booking online using our PC. I recently downloaded the App on my phone. I got an alert saying I could get 8% discount using the App. However there was no way to apply the discount code when tried to book. I rang Wotif twice and still could not apply the code. Then the Wotif bloke said he could book online for me. He told me the hotel wanted had no rooms left. I was on our PC
and it showed there were still rooms available. He kept trying to get me to book another hotel. I kept saying there are rooms available online and I was going to book it on my PC. I got the room I wanted so I think there was something very dodgy about the Wotif bloke on the phone. Anyway I will not book using the App. Even the deals weren’t as good as those online on he PC.

The mates rate shown on the front page of the booking was not the same as the rate shown on my itinerary from wotif. The mates rate was shown as $1144 the itinerary rate was $1270.56. Will not be dealing with again.

Service was good but room was next to the road where constant people fighting and very very loud. Didn’t have a good stay at all.

Your photos of the property we rented were extremely misleading. IUt was impossible to get a refund when we arrived. It was impossible to contact anyone from motif to assist. it was late and we had been travelling for several hours. My wife is disabled, access difficult and the property was horrible. At $145 a night it was the most expensive property in Taree and not worth more than the local pub at $45 a night. Very disappointed.

We tried to make a booking at a hotel in Berlin via the internet and the booking process did not end so we assumed the booking did not complete. We also did not receive a confimation email that a booking had been made so we booked another hotel in Berlin. Later in the evening the hotel rang us and were upset we hadnt arrived.

The place were we are staying said on the web page , pay later .
So pay when we get there .
NOPE !!! WHAT IF took my money straight away 😡😡😡😡.
I didn’t want that , I called the hotel and they said they are not accountable, what if is as they are 3rd party .

I was charged $161.00 by Wotif but when I requested a receipt from the hotel the total charged was $136.85! Not happy!
