Tried to change the dates for my stay and was told none available so had to cancel and found the $225 cancellation fee shocking, Went through another site and surprise rooms are available. Sorry not coming back nor would I recommend wotif.

You could have phone staff that actually know wtf they are doing. I spent over an hour sorting out a room over the weekend because every one off the staff members I spoke to sounded like they had been horse tranked and could not understand what I was saying.

The hotel staff were dodgey, corrupt liars. They told me that they had no rooms available at all after I booked. I had to cancel and stay somewhere else. I also booked two other nights directly through the hotel. They charged me for a more expensive room then gave me a horrible cheap room on ground floor with broken aircon. They also charged me a higher rate then what they had advertised. They were rude pigs. I can’t believe they can behave like that. I’m going to report them to consumer protection. I’m not giving up until I’m compensated and they lose their jobs. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I had the option. It was a shit hole

Have the rooms clean went into room it was dirty l had wipe down everythink as my husband just been out hospital open micwave it was dirty not clean alwfull smell in room steps were loose went up to front desk to tell them and nothink was done was very very dispointed with the room will not return
