I booked with you and when I needed to contact you as my daughter was vomiting I couldn’t cancel. I couldn’t cancel through motel because I booked through you and also they told me you tried to book an extra night on as well. I would have had to pay heavy cancellation fees so doped my child up with maxalon and she didn’t enjoy her weekend away. I was stressed and very disappointed.

The discounted hotels are few. Bookings made say six months in advance do not.allways have automatic reminders. Resulting in difficult ies ring hotel addresses map and other details. Sometimes costly double bookings can be made. Wasting a person’s energy and financed. Or meaning exhaust I’ve email search es through useless wotif ads. It disrespecting customers time.

Could not complete booking. First two submissions increased cost ($0 -> $1.2 -> $3.6) with airline credit card fee, third and subsequent attempt failed with an unknown error and “Try again later”

I also got a large number of $0 pending transactions in my bank account.

Bad what I ordered was not correct was promised you would investigate and your Indian call centre never called back online had breakfast included for this price but once paid it didn’t not happy still no contact

Since using Wotif I have been receiving spam calls and emails. Also, I have unsubscribed TWICE and am still getting communications from Wotif.

Very unhappy with the service at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach. When we spoke with customer service at Wotif about it, Wotif was unable to call through and speak with the hotel (apparently the phone line was continuously busy after several attempts to call the Novotel). In our opinion, there is no point using a booking service if they are unable to provide you with the appropriate levels of customer service, especially when the hotel performs so inadequately.

The hotel I booked had no payment until checking in. However I was charged straight away.!
