I was sent an offer – wasn’t able to process the discount- called- they couldn’t help- someone was supposed to call back- didn’t- followed up- nothing on record- started all over again to find in the fine print that the offer was only valid on rooms under $150 and the booking I made was over that amount. Very deceptive and also poor service.

I cant find my itinery. I put in the itinery number at wotifs search page and it told me that the number was invalid. How am I meant to find where I am going to stay on my trip? Ill miss the hotel and be charged for not showing up. Pretty pissed off! Why didnt wotif send me an email with the booking dtails, not just a number that doesnt work and survey request!

Rip off price realised it was $10 more than the Booking.com price Will never use your site again
