Everything was going just fine until I tried to obtain a valid tax receipt. Now I’m going to have to reimburse my company credit card because the receipt doesn’t show key information like ABN or card details.

One star for fast reply but was not the outcome I was hoping for. I made a booking through your website for 3adults and 1 child but for some unknown reason when my itinerary came back with only 2adults selected😒 I contacted wotif about error but still I got no apology just an explanation about the terms n conditions of the hotel .. what the?? Never booking under these guys again

I used your service for a simple booking, I processed it and it has been charged to my debit card, however I have had no email confirmation. I tried to ring your organisation but the key pressed was not organised. I ended up calling the hotel to confirm my reservation and got my confirmation number from them. This is not good enough.

Tell the truth, I make big complaint consumer protection, I pay for hotel and it being renovated I pay room balcony but curtain close as open view workmen look in, hotel you put me in room half price you book me, I ask for check out 4. hours and they want 1 day full rate I ask I check out hotel go another hotel you give me room rate back they not I will post over social media you tricked me obtain money under false pretenses

More accurate information – I chose the $149 option WITH en suite over the $119 option with shared facilities. I got a twin share with shared facilities which the hotel said was what they were told. They said Wotif misled (cheated?) me.
